HOW IT's MADE
Turn Rolls Into Most Preferable Pipes
Steel Pipes are manufactured by hot rolled Steel coils seam submerged arc welding. By cold forming steel coil takes desired shape and followed by automotic double-side submerged arc welding. The manufacturing line consists of several important processes which are decoiling, flattening, trimming and preparing for welding.
The pipes are supplied in a wide range of steel grades and dimensions in accordance with the relevant standards and customer requirements, and special requests for execution, tolerances, lengths, and mechanical and chemical qualities are also available.
